At KarmaQuest, we are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application and website.
Personal Data: We do not require account registration to use the core features of KarmaQuest. If you participate in our e-commerce checkout or contact support, we may collect your email address.
Health Data (Optional): With your explicit consent, KarmaQuest integrates with your device's native health store (Apple HealthKit) to read recovery and stress metric variables (e.g. sleep duration, activity levels) solely to generate your biometric aura dashboard. This data is processed entirely local-on-device and is never transmitted to our servers.
We use your information solely to deliver the app's features, calculate quest progress, verify enclave signatures for gift card redemptions, and process voluntary transactions.
We utilize trusted third-party providers for critical functions: Stripe for merchant settlement onboarding, and Reloadly/Xoxoday for secure digital gift card issuance.
